Where are you located?

We have two locations. We have offices in Austin, Texas and Leander, Texas.

What cities do you serve?

We serve Austin, West Lake Hills, Lakeway, Cedar Park, Leander, Jonestown, Lago Vista, Liberty Hill, Pflugerville, Round Rock, Georgetown, Elgin, Manor and surrounding communities.

Are you insured?

Yes, we are fully insured for your protection.

How soon can I get an estimate?

We can provide you with an estimate within 24-hours of your quote submission (during our office hours of Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM CST).

Do you offer on-site estimates?

Yes, we offer free on-site estimates.

Do you offer financing?

We’re pleased to announce that we’ve partnered with Acorn Finance to offer flexible financing to our customers on amounts up to $100,000.

The Acorn Finance application takes about a minute to complete, and checking your eligibility will not impact your credit score. Once approved, you can select the payment plan that best fits your budget.

Do I need to buy the materials?

No, you will not have to buy materials.  We are a full-service service!  Your estimate will include all labor, materials and disposal fees in order to complete your project.

Who is my point of contact?

You will be assigned your own, personal project manager. They will be your point of contact throughout the duration of the project.

Are repairs guaranteed?

All work comes with one year workmanship warranty from date of project completion, and manufacturers’ warranty on materials.

Warranty does not cover defects caused by irregular misuse of an area, settling of the structure, normal wear and tear, or consequential damage. Work must be paid in full in order for the warranty to be valid.

Will the home services technicians wear masks while they are in our home?

Boardwalk Home Services always follows CDC best-practices safety guidelines and masks are no longer in those guidelines.

We will ask all customers, when scheduling their work, if they would like us to wear a mask — We want you to be comfortable with how we work in your home.
